With is option, by contracting us as your IT Support provider for an agreed term, we can offer you the same advantages of Ad-Hoc support where by you only pay for the work done. With the advantages of lower prices and improved response times.
With this level of support, by entering into a support agreement with us which could be either agreed per Desktop, Server, peripheral or user, you get Guaranteed Response times and we work to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to ensure a speedy response and resolution of any support issues.
